Long Term Care insurance is one of the most important priorities of the ever maturing Baby Boomers. That age group makes up more than one-third of the population and there is still a significant number in the Silent Generation and the Greatest Generation. They are living older, which is changing the whole Long Term Care insurance environment.
One thing we should all know for sure is that you don’t want to apply for LTC insurance once you know you’ll need it, anymore than you would try to get insurance for a car after one has an accident.
