On the surface, Haven seemed like a project that couldn’t fail.  Haven was a not-for-profit, healthcare-focused entity created through a joint venture by American companies Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway and JPMorgan Chase. Most would describe these as a business “dream team.”  Price and Schenk explore how it failed and more importantly, why.
