Her work and drive has been an example as well as motivation to many woman and men who follow her and look to her for guidance and support. She is the perfect example of woman in power who show that not only can women run a multi-award winning marketing agency, but do it better than men.
Ms. Pancholi has been the core to the evolution of ECL and played an enormous roll in the expansion process to bring the brand national as well as key negotiator in the partnering with corporate companies such as Valpak SI and Dairy Queen.
She has also been responsible for developing over 50% of the work that has been recognized in well over 10 international digital marketing award shows such as the AVA Awards, Hermes, Dotcom, Marcom, Vega, Muse, Communitas, Global Trend & more.
